The players and coaching staff of SC "Prometey" led by the Bulgarian specialist Ivan Petkov returned to Ukraine. Now they will be fully prepared for performances in the Super League-Dmart and the MEVZA championship.

The difficult calendar, due to the participation of our volleyball players in three European tournaments at once, did not prevent them from showing excellent results and finding new fans from all over the world! In such a difficult time for our country, this is probably the most important thing.

- I was pleasantly surprised by the cohesion of "Prometey". None of the players refused to return to their native Ukraine. I am happy to announce that coach Ivan Petkov will continue to lead the team. I thank the girls and the coaching staff for the fact that they represented our country in a worthy manner in the European arena! Glory to the Armed Forces of Ukraine! Everything will be Ukraine! - Volodymyr Dubinsky, the president of SC "Prometey" and PVLU, expressed.

The general manager of SC "Prometey" Mariia Aleksandrova is sure that the arrival of the players will add intrigue to the championship of Ukraine and intensify the fight for the main trophy:

- First of all, we are all really happy to see our team at home! Today we realized how much we missed them. Secondly, I am sure that after the completion of participation in the European Cup, the girls will bring new interest to the championship of Ukraine, strengthen it unequivocally, and intensify the fight for the main trophy of the country! I think all our viewers will be very interested! Glory to Ukraine!

We would like to remind you that our girls accepted the challenge in the strongest league of the Czech Republic (Extraliga), where they immediately became the leaders of the championship. In addition, they achieved their historic debut victory in the main draw of the Champions League, defeating French Le Cannet. Yes, in the end, "Prometey" stopped participating in the European Cup, but its progress is visible to the naked eye. Currently, the "red and whites" continue to play in the MEVZA League, where they are among the favorites of the competition in terms of good quality game.
