Ukrainian professional volleyball player who played as a libero. Since 1995, he has played in such clubs as "Styrol" in Horlivka, "Lokomotiv" in Dnipropetrovsk, and "Lokomotiv" in Kyiv. As a member of Lokomotiv Kyiv, he became the Champion of Ukraine in 2008. From 2003 to 2010, he played in the National Team of Ukraine. In 2010, he played as part of the Krymsoda team in Krasnoperekopsk, and he took part in the Challenge Cup. From 2011 to 2016, he played for Sumy "Khimprom", as part of which he repeatedly won silver medals in the Championship and the Cup of Ukraine. It was in Sumy that Denys Viktorovych began his coaching career. In 2017, he moved to VC "Dnipro" as a playing coach. In 2017-2018, he returned to Sumy, where he became the men's team "ShVSM-SumDU" coach. In the 2017/18 season, the team led by Volodymyr Babkov and Denys Zui won the Higher League and advanced to the Super League. The same year, Denys Viktorovych was an assistant coach in the Youth Men's National Team of Ukraine U-18. In 2019, he became the coach of VC "Atyrau" Kazakhstan (having become a silver medalist in the Super Cup and the Championship of Kazakhstan). Since 2020 - assistant head coach of SC "Prometey".
