From November 20 to 26, the championship of the Eastern European Volleyball Zonal Association among girls' national teams in the age category under 18 will be held in Daugavpils, Latvia. Ukraine, Poland, Azerbaijan, Georgia, Latvia, Lithuania, and Estonia will take part in the tournament.
Our team, led by coach Anastasiia Kotliarenko, has already left for the competition, where it sets itself an ambitious goal — to fight for victory in every match, regardless of the status of the opponents.
The backbone of the national team is formed by the players of the "Prometey" Sports Academy, which plays in the Higher League. The other day in the championship, they won three confident victories and scored 9 points.

We would like to add that the championships of zonal associations, in particular, EEVZA, are the first qualifying stage of the European Championship-2024, where only the winners of the tournaments will go directly. All other national teams will continue to fight for tickets to the continental championship in the second round.
