Beach volleyball is one of the brightest and most popular sports. And so it happened that now one of the most promising teams of Ukraine will be taken care of by the president of SC "Prometey" and PVLU Volodymyr Dubinsky.

The duet Lazarenko and Lunina became part of the Ukrainian club and will represent it and Ukraine at international tournaments under the auspices of the European Volleyball Confederation (CEV) and FIVB (International Volleyball Federation).

As with any sports team, beach volleyball also has a coaching staff: Vasyl Mykhailovych Bukin, Lyubov Afanasiivna Bukina, and team manager Tetyana Mykhailivna Belkina. We would like to add that this coaching staff once worked with one of the most famous beach volleyball duets - Valentyna Davydova and Yevheniia Shchypkova, who stopped one step before joining the Olympic Games in 2019.

As for the volleyball players themselves, despite their age, they already have many awards and titles.

Tetyana Lazarenko performed at all youth competitions in age categories from 18 to 22 years old. Lazarenko is the under-21 world champion, the under-18 European champion, the under-20 European champion, the under-22 European bronze finalist, and the under-19 world bronze finalist. The player also became the silver medalist of the Cup of Ukraine and won one of the world tours in the Futures series. Tatiana is an international-class master of sports!

Her team partner Diana Lunina, who is 30 years old and has a height of 190cm, is the champion of Ukraine and the winner and finalist of various world tours.

According to Vasyl Bukin, the main goal in creating such a pair was to combine the energy of youth and experience, which is often practiced in World Series tournaments.

Lazarenko plays in the position of a defender, and Lunina - is a blocker.

The team's coach adds that joining SC "Prometey" was a big positive shock for him and for the entire team: "All the conditions for work have been created for us. We are very grateful to Volodymyr Dubinsky for his contribution to national volleyball. I want to add that his actions will be a huge impetus for Ukrainian volleyball!"

The immediate plans of the newcomers of "Prometey" are to participate in tournaments that will be held in Mexico and Brazil, as well as to qualify for the 2024 Olympics.

Participation in the Olympic Games is the number 1 goal for the players and the Bukin family.

Now the team is on the island of Tenerife, where it holds full training sessions and many sparring sessions with foreign teams.
