The volleyball player was born in the city of Dnipro on August 24, 1993. His height is 190 cm.

At the end of 2022, Yevstratov together with "Epicenter-Podolyany" became the owner of the League Cup, and in April won the silver awards of the Super League-Budinvest.

Yevstratov was a player of the top clubs in the Ukrainian championship. Throughout the years, he performed in such teams as Kharkiv's "Lokomotiv", Lviv's "Barkom-Kazhany", Zhytomyr's "Zhytychy" and "Epicentr-Podolyany". Serhii also tried his hand at the Czech championship.
