The players of "Prometey" continue to write the history of Ukrainian volleyball. And domestic fans of this type of sport will savor the exit of the "red and whites" to the Champions League 2024 playoffs for a long time to come.

At the same time, we believe that our athletes are capable of more. However, in order to reach the quarter-finals of the prestigious competition, they have to overcome the Turkish barrier also known as "Eczacıbaşı". The first meeting of the teams will take place on February 1 at 18:00 in Mioveni, Romania.

With three victories in six games, SC Prometey took second place in Group E and made it to the Champions League 2024 playoffs.

For a ticket to the quarterfinals, our girls will compete with the volleyball players of "Eczacıbaşı", who are last year's finalists in this prestigious competition and the current club's world champions.

The representatives of Turkey with four victories also took second place in quartet B, where their opponents were the Italian "Scandicci", the Hungarian "Vasash" and the Bulgarian "Maritsa".

Thanks to the victory over the Romanian club "Alba Blaj", our volleyball players qualified for the playoffs of the Champions League 2024, achieving a historical success. After all, in the parallel match of Group E, "LKS Lodz" won over "Volero Le Cannet" in a difficult fight — 3-2 (19:25, 25:21, 24:26, 25:20, 15:11).
