Eight players of "Prometey" at once entered the roster of the national team of Ukraine for Euro-2023

The application of the women's national team of Ukraine for the main draw of the European Championship 2023 has become known. The blue-yellow team, under the leadership of Ivan Petkov, will play their matches in the group stage of the continental championship in the Belgian city of Ghent from August 18 to 24. Their opponents in Group A will be volleyball players from Serbia, Hungary, Belgium, Slovenia, and Poland. Four teams will advance to the next round.

It should be noted that the composition of our national team, which has been announced for the Euro, has not changed compared to the last matches in the Challenger Cup. So the honor of the national team of Ukraine will be defended by eight volleyball players of SC "Prometey": Svitlana Dorsman, Anastasiia Maievska, Daria Sharhorodska, Viktoriia Oliinyk, Viktoriia Danchak, Diana Meliushkyna, Yevheniia Khober, Krystyna Niemtseva.

Currently, the blue-yellow team is in Athens, where they will play friendly matches with Greece on August 10 and 11. And on August 16, they will go to Belgium.
